CANCELLATION POLICY

A $75 deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your treatment at the time of service. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the $75 deposit. This policy allows us to respect provider time and accommodate other patients seeking care. We understand that life happens.
